Privacy

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email, time zone, hashed password.
• MT5: account number, broker, server, balance, equity and your trades, as sent by the EA.
• Telegram: messages from the channels you choose, and their channel names. Nothing else.
• Devices: connector and browser type, IP address and when they connected.
• Payments: amount, network and transaction ID. Never wallet keys.
• Your Telegram bot token, encrypted, only to send you alerts.

2. What we never collect

• Your MT5 password. The EA uses a key you can revoke.
• Your private chats, groups you didn’t choose, or contacts.
• Card details. There are none.

3. Why we use it

• To read signals and send orders to your EA.
• To show your dashboard, timeline and reports.
• To send alerts and summaries from your bot, and account emails.
• To keep the service safe and find problems.

4. Who else sees it

• OpenAI reads channel messages to understand signals. Messages are sent without your name or email. [CONFIRM DATA SETTINGS]
• Our payment provider sees the invoice amount and transaction. [PROVIDER NAME FOR LEGAL TEXT]
• Our email provider sends account emails. [PROVIDER]

5. How long we keep it

Trades and signals: as long as your account exists, so your reports work. Channel messages: [DAYS] days. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

6. Your choices

• Delete your account from Profile, or ask us for a copy of your data.
• Turn off any alert in Settings.
• Unlink a connector or EA at any time.
• Ask us anything about your data at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

7. Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in, and the browser remembers your theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it applies.
