1. Who we are

SignalHubFX is run by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], registered in [COUNTRY]. "We" means [COMPANY NAME]; "you" means the person using SignalHubFX.

2. What SignalHubFX does

SignalHubFX reads Telegram channels you choose, turns their messages into orders using the rules you set, and sends them to the SignalHubFX EA running in your own MetaTrader 5. We do not write signals, manage money or give financial advice.

3. Your account

• You must be old enough to trade with your broker where you live, and at least 18.
• Keep your password and EA keys private. Anything done with them counts as done by you.
• One person, one account. Free is for one MT5 account number, used once.

4. Your MT5, broker and Telegram

Your money stays at your broker and your Telegram account stays yours. You are responsible for following your broker’s terms and Telegram’s terms, and for having permission to read the channels you connect.

5. Signals and channels

Channels are written by third parties, including the admin channels we make available. We don’t check whether a channel’s ideas are good, and a channel’s past results say nothing about the future. You decide which channels to follow and with how much risk.

6. Plans and payment

• Pro is paid ahead, monthly or yearly, in USDT. Nothing is charged automatically.
• When Pro ends, your account moves to Free limits. Open trades keep being managed for 7 days.

• Underpaid, overpaid and late payments are handled as shown on the payment page.

7. Fair use

• Don’t resell signals or access to SignalHubFX.
• Don’t copy channels you don’t have the right to read.
• Don’t try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, the EA or the connector.

8. When things go wrong

Internet, brokers, Telegram, VPS machines and our own servers can fail. A signal may arrive late, be read wrongly or not be traded at all, and prices can move before an order fills. We work to prevent this and show every step in the timeline, but we can’t promise any trade will happen or happen at a given price.

9. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or missed profits. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. [LIABILITY WORDING FROM LAWYER]

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email and in the website at least 14 days before.
