My EA shows offline
Your panel shows an EA as offline when it hasn't heard from it for 90 seconds. Your bot tells you after 3 minutes.
Open trades are safeStop loss and take profits sit at your broker, so open trades are protected while the EA is offline. New signals wait a short time, then expire; nothing opens late at a bad price.
Check these, in order
Is MT5 open and logged in?
The bottom-right corner of MT5 shows the connection to your broker. If it says "No connection", log in again.
Is Algo Trading on?
The Algo Trading button in the toolbar must be green, and the EA on the chart must not show a crossed-out icon.
What does the Experts tab say?
View → Toolbox → Experts shows the EA's last message. Match it with the table below.
Is the address allowed?
Tools → Options → Expert Advisors: the WebRequest list must have the SignalHubFX address shown on MT5 Accounts.
Does the computer sleep?
A sleeping PC stops MT5. Use a Windows VPS, or turn off sleep.
What the EA's message means

When it comes back
It catches up on its own: anything that closed while it was away shows up in your panel, and no trade opens twice.
