Connector and Telegram

The connector is a small Windows app that reads the Telegram channels you choose and passes them to SignalHubFX. You need it only for your own channels, the paid and private ones you already follow. Admin channels need no connector.

Pro onlyConnectors come with Pro: 2 included, more as add-ons. On Free, skip this step and follow admin channels in step 4.

You need: a Windows PC or VPS that stays on (the one that runs MT5 is fine), and Telegram on your phone. About 10 minutes.

Steps

  1. Install it

On the Windows machine, open Connectors → Download for Windows and run the installer. Windows may say "Windows protected your PC" because the app isn't signed yet: click More info, then Run anyway.

It installs as a Windows service, so it starts with Windows and keeps running when nobody is signed in. A window opens with a pairing code.

  2. Pair it with your account

In your panel: Connectors → Pair connector → It's installed. Type the code from the connector's window and give the connector a name, like "Main VPS". The code works for 10 minutes; the window shows a new one after that.

  3. The connector's window shows a QR code. On your phone open Telegram → Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device and scan it. With two-step verification on, the window asks for your password.

No camera? Use Log in with phone number instead in the window.

  4. Choose channels

Your panel lists the channels and groups of that Telegram account. Tick the ones SignalHubFX may read, up to 10 per connector, and save.

What the connector can and can't see

  • Sent to SignalHubFX: messages from the channels you tick, and whether the connector is online.
  • Never leaves your computer: your Telegram login, private chats, contacts and every other channel.
  • Cut it off any time: remove "SignalHubFX" in Telegram → Settings → Devices, or remove the connector in your panel.

The connector updates itself, checking each update's signature first. Find it in the tray to open its window or pause it.
